* 250g chicken, 250g beef, 250g lamb (cut into small cubes equally)
* 1 tsp white pepper
* 1 tsp salt
* 2-3 inches galangal
* 3-4 inches ginger
* 8-9 red onions
* 8 cloves garlic
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp coriander
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* oil
* 1 tsp sweet dark sauce
* skewer
* Mash everything until really soft then take 1 tablespoon into each bowl of meat then mix well, add 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce, mix well. After that stab about 6-7 pieces of meat on each skewer, don't put it too tightly. after that, grill the satay with oil as a base then spread with sweet soy sauce on 2 sides, and turn for some time until cooked, roast chicken for about 4 minutes and roast beef and lamb for about 7 minutes.. ready to serve
PEANUT SAUCE

* 300g peanuts
* 9-10 garlic
* 5 pieces of red chili
* 3 large red chilies
* 4 cm ginger
* 4 cm galangal
* 6 candlenuts seeds
* 2 lemongrass stalks
* 4 lime leaves
* 98g brown sugar
* right amount of oil
* salt
* water for boiling
* 1 tbsp sweet dark sauce
- Fry ingredients such as peanuts, garlic, red onions, candlenuts, big chilies and large chilies until cooked, then add the fried ingredients, salt, and ginger in a blender until coarse texture.
- Heat a frying pan, pour about 2 liters of water or until the sauce is a little above add the galangal, lemon grass and lime leaves then add the peanuts that have been in the blender, stir
then add brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, stir from time to time to avoid burning, boil until out of oil and brown. peanut sauce is ready to serve.
PICKLE
* 1 carrot
* 1 Cucumber
* pineapple
* 4-5 red onions & 3 chilies
* 1/2 cup warm water
*1/4 cup white wine
* 14 g sugar
* a pinch of salt
- Mix the ingredients such as warm water, sugar, salt, vinager mix well and let it dissolve, then dice the pineapple, cucumber and carrot, and cut the onion into 2 parts and the chili cut into 3 parts, then put all the ingredients together, pour the water sugar stir well then put in the refrigerator for 1 hour before eating this will add freshness.
RICE CAKE
* cook half-cooked rice a little LIQUID
* banana leaf
* staples / toothpicks
- Wrap the rice with leaves and then lock 2 sides with a toothpick, do it until it runs out and then steam for 45 minutes-60 minutes.
BUMBU DAGING SATE, DAGING DADA AYAM, DAGING SAPI, DAGING LEMBU
* 250g daging ayam, 250g daging sapi, 250g daging domba ( potong dadu sma besar)
* 1 sdt lada putih bubuk
* 1 sdt garam
* 2-3 inches galangal
* 3-4 inches ginger
* 8-9 biji bawang merah
* 8 biji bawang putih
* 1 sdm gula merah
* 1 sdm ketumbar
* 1 tsp kecap asin
* minyak goreng secukupnya
* 1 sdt kecap manis
* tusuk sate
* Tumbuk semua sampai benar2 lembut lalu ambil 1 sdm kedalam setiap mangkok daging lalu campur rata masukan 1 sdt kecap manis aduk rata, setalah itu tusuk sekitar 6-7 biji daging di setiap tusuk satenya , letakkan jgn terlalu rapat. setelah itu panggang sate kurang lebih 7-8 tusuk dengan minyak sebagai dasar lalu olesi dengan kecap manis di 2 sisi, dan balik beberapa waktu sampai matang, panggang ayam kira2 4 menit dan daging sapi dan domba panggang kira2 7 menit..siap di hidangkan
BUMBU KACANG
* 300g kacang tanah
* 9-10 bawang putih
* 5 biji cabe rawit merah
* 3 biji cabe merah gede
* 4 cm jahe
*4 cm lengkuas
* 6 biji kemiri
* 2 batang serai
* 4 helai daun jeruk
* 98g gula merah
* minyak goreng secukupnya
* garam
* air buat ngerebus
* 1 sdm kecap manis
- goreng bahan seperti kacang tanah, bawang putih, bawnag merah, kemiri, cabe gede dan cabe besar sampai matang, lalu masukkan bahan yg sudah di goreng dan masukkan garam, jahe blender sampai tektur kasar.
- Panaskan wajan tuangkan air sekitar 2 liter atau sampai diatas sauce dikit masukkan galangal, lengkuas dan daun jeruk lalu masukan kacang yg sudah di blender aduk lalu masukan gula merah dan 1 sdm kecap manis, aduk dari waktu ke waktu untuk menghindari dari kegosongan, rebus sampai keluar minyak dan berwarna kecoklatan. saos kacang siap di hidangkan.
ASINAN/PICKLE

* 1 wortel, 1 Timun, nenas, 4-5 biji bawang merah & 3 cabe, 1/2 cup air hangat, 1/4 cup white vineger, 14 g gula, a pinch of salt.
- Campur bahan seperti air hangat, gula , garam, vineger aduk rata dan biarkan larut, lalu potong dadu nanas, timun dan wortel, dan potong bawang merah menjadi 2 bagiand dan cabe potong menjadi 3 bagian, lalu masukkan semua bahan menajdi satu, tuangkan air gula aduk rata lalu masukkan di kulkaas selama 1 jam sebelum di makan ini akan menambahkan kesegaran.

* masak nasi setengah matang sedikit berair
* daun pisang
* steples/ tusuk gigi
- bungkus nasi dengan daun lalu 2 sisi di kunci dengan tusuk gigi,lakukan sampai habis dan lalu kukus selama 45 menit-60 menit.
