Ingredients:
Fresh Tomato Method
6 - Fresh Tomato
1 - Garlic Glove or tt
1/4 - Of A Thumb Size Ginger or tt
1 - Shallot or 1tbsp - Fresh Onion
2-4tbsp - Brown Sugar or tt
1/2tsp -Salt or tt
1-2tbsp - Vinegar or tt
Tomato Paste Method
1cup - Tomato Paste
2-4tbsp - Sugar or Sweetener of choice
1-2tbsp - Vinegar or tt
1cup - Water
1/4tsp - Onion Powder
1/4tsp - Garlic Powder
1/4tsp - Ginger Powder
1/2tsp - Salt or tt
tt means To Taste or To Your Taste

I just want to say I tried the mayonnaise in a blender added all ingredients according to your measurements and blended and it turned out perfectly. I didn't have the time to keep adding the oil little by little.
I would also try the ketchup another time
