The reason I ask, I was showing a fellow guitar player how important it is to get the right fit when replacing a band member. I showed him the band before you joined, then the band with you and some of the obvious qualities you brought to the Band. Then you were gone.

I still want you to play the main riff/intro to the UFO song Rock Bottom, please :-) I used to ride a Harley Road King then a Harley Ultra Classic the Big one. Love it until my arthritis won't let me anymore, which I have to warm up real good before I play guitar.

Oof I relate to that pain you described of trying to walk on your broken leg - I broke my leg above my ankle when I was a kid and was made to try walking on it a couple times. Felt like my bones were bending somehow.

Sophie, it actually takes a lot out of me to ask you this but in what order did you learn things? I started playing at 12 and took the destined to be loss tab train. I got to where I can play any song but no solos. What would you recommend for me to start tackling Legato and sweep picking? I had hung my guitar up in a 5 year window with barely playing. Three years ago I pushed the little neighbors girl out of being in front of a truck. The girl was fine but resulted in my crushing both hips and being down for a good amount of time. With that added in with what’s going on today in the world is proof that life is short and I would love some advice if you would be willing to give. Anyways huge fan and enjoy your playing.

I've got an awesome guitar cover for you to do!!! song and solo!!! it's called 'Oh Baby' by the metal band Cryer, are you able to do this for us at all?? love your axe skills.
At only 22.5, your playing stuff that is way beyond that a lot of people could achieve in such a short period of time! I actually thought, you would be in your mid 30's to be that good. It was very interesting to hear about how people get paid on youtube doing covers. Though if you keep to the idea of the song than make it your own, by reworking it then you can make money at it. What made me come up with this is that my instructor did do a cd called George Lynch and Jeff Pilson, with the album title Heavy Hitters. They remade 11 tracks and they were originally pop songs. They updated them to hard rock / Heavy Metal songs. One can be listened to for free called Ordinary World. It was written by Duran Duran. They borrowed it and it sounds better than ever. Have you ever heard a song and then thought about how can I make a song with a little bit more of this and wanted the original artist to give a little feedback on your interpretation of the song? I have these cravings myself. I love turning pop songs into rock songs too, because they inspire me to pick up the guitar as well. You have all these influences and want to thank them for inspiring you to pick up the guitar. We may in life make our own music, but then want to do tributes again later in life to who inspired using to play.
