Operation Scorpion

Earlier this month, police and partners from across the South West worked together to tackle cross border drugs supply activities.
Operation Scorpion involved Avon and Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Police, working collectively with Police and Crime Commissioners, British Transport Police, South West Regional Organised Crime Unit and the charity Crimestoppers.
We used a range of tactics to disrupt the South West drugs market, dismantling drugs supply networks and arresting those who profit from them.

It’s time for legalisation and regulation of all drugs. Safe supply for anyone who wants to use drugs and harm reduction. End the misery of fighting against drugs and accept where there is demand there will always be a supply. Many deaths would be prevented with a clean supply of drugs free from impurities that cause many deaths. It’s time that the laws reflect the populations habits.
