For anyone confused like me as to why there was a B technical foul charged to Tunisia with 1:31 in the OT: there was an action by a person permitted to sit on the team bench during the same dead ball period which resulted in a technical foul before it was discovered that 12 had returned to the playing area. According to interpretation 38-1, the action by 12 cannot be penalised and must instead be reported to the organiser of the competition. I initially thought they had made a mistake in assessing the technical foul, but turns out something just happened off screen :)
