this was an excellent video with brilliant info and i found it hugely beneficial. I also went onto the link and read the two interviews with the admission tutors from the different colleges. She isn't deliberately blinking too much. It's just her natural or perhaps inherited pattern of blinking. Some ppl have this natural habit or say a blinking reflex. They have no control over it.
