It’s definitely got some whiteland flavour that’s for sure. It’s an absolute credit to the owner. It was awesome to be giving trophies out. 👍
I was there at the same time for the Drive Dad's Car experience - I did wonder why there was so many Volvos! Ended up driving the Allegro, Marina and SD1 Vitesse - the latter definitely being the highlight of the three!

Also love the 240 GLT you chose. I had one back in the 80's, beautiful car but regretfully had to sell it because every time we took my daughter out in it she was carsick!

There were plenty of Volvo’s to choose from there. That’s a great idea too for the Drive dad’s car, mine had a few Morris Marinas back in the day. I saw one in the line up but the Mk1 Astra would be the one I’d like to drive.
Yes it was definitely a Swedish day we loved it! The museum is a great place to visit and even better that you can drive the cars there to. Such a cool idea 👍

Lovely 244, but i would have picked the Amazon 123 GT or 122 S, The 122 S is like my Amazon, though the colour looks '"whiter" than the colour code 79 on mine. I'll bet you've bought a 544 or 445. Neat old cars and great projects.

the 440 460 480 had a Renault motor and gearbox
eraly S40 and V40 1,8 has a Mistubishi motor
and later a Ford motor also in diesel
