What an incredible movie in so many ways, at so many levels. Saw excerpts on Tik Tok and then found this link 10 years after it was first released. Whoever decided to release this as a free movie with subtitles in many languages made a brave decision, but the result is that millions more people throughout the world have been able to see this brilliant movie, so thank you. Like others who have commented, I too have ended up watching multiple times (something I rarely do and I won't admit the actual number of times). The screenplay is exquisite and if I was so moved experiencing this through English subtitles, I can only imagine how much more poignant it must be in Turkish. The lead actor is also the Director and script writer, that's amazing talent. Congratulations to all involved in this film. It might be from Turkey, but the themes and the emotions are universal across countries, cultures, languages.
So,it was released 10 years ago..? Oh poor us. Just get it now, wonderful touching movie.

I have been so moved by this movie and luke so many only recently found it on CZcams...
The lead actor and actress were just dynamic and had a real chemistry i thought...i loved the storyline, the cinematography and the soundtrack....so many parts of this movie i have rewatched over and over...I'm so glad Kemal got to meet his son and be with Yagmur and him for even a brief moment.
They were always meant to be 2getha and should have, it was so sad when he gave his life for them, the saving grace was when he came to her when she passed at yheir sons wedding.
Ozcan Deniz is so talented a really good catch for his new bride.

I had been feeling so depressed and burdened with a lot of emotions and things happening around me. But this movie took my mind off everything. I had time recalling how love matters the most and fully enjoyed and savored every second of this masterpiece. FYI, I cried at the end, but the tears were worth it.

I cried a lot when watching this movie. I didn't think her wife's conversation with Kemal would end well, therefore I can't conceive that she would kill him. It surprises me that the story doesn't finish happily ever after like in a fairy tale. It hurts to see this movie through to the very end. It is currently my favorite film of all time. Bravo to the director and the creator.

This movie made me cry the first time I watched it and I was so mad at how it ended. Somehow I always come back. I realise that tragedy always makes you appreciate the story more, how it started and all that happened in the middle. You appreciate the love even more, that's why I always come back. It's a great movie!

The emotions here are just too much. I'm moved to cry but I'm holding my tears. The scene where they meet at the restaurant, I was literally losing my breath. I was finding it hard to breathe like they were. So much emotions. It's a total package of great acting and shooting.
