I think around 360 bottles can fit in that wine wall. The house is great especially for entertaining because of the open concept and I love how the upper floor is just for bedrooms.

Another nice Design 🏡 with Another nice Amenities. Lots of room...The Space is great. I love that bar it definitely is huge if u r serving drinks for ur guest..I also fell in love with the backyard...
What I really like the most is having a nice movie room...very nice lighting for sure, and haha popcorn machine is defintely a nice add while watching a 🎬.
Btw my guess on the amount of wine would be around 400...I think u might need a ladder reaching the top Area, coz it's a little high for some people.🤣🤣🤣

My first time watching this video and as always you did an excellent job! Kudos to your videographer and the editing was superb! I don’t know if anyone has already guessed it since I haven’t scrolled through all of the comments but my guess is 376 bottles of wine! The sales agent is as beautiful as this home is! I just read the other comments and saw that some got tricked by the last set of the top column so they guessed 360 and I saw that my 376 was already guessed but it was fun tryin!😂

I wonder if the builder who built this house also built 3808 hayvenhurst which is just up the road from this one. The design and architectural build is very similar.

Always a great job Darren. However, these builders in the Valley need some variety. They churn out these modern and modern farmhouses all the time, and they all feel the same.

Umm, yeah nice house but I would be concern with that backyard wall holding up that mountain incline. I know we don't get much rain but when you do, i would hate to see a mud slide coming down.

Very nice house but as is often the case, the price is a little ugly. Especially with a 7.1% mortgage. They paid 1.2mil for the old house in 2017 so significant markup.
I do like the design a lot though, much better than the typical farm style. Rough guess, it cost them 2 million to build it.
If I was looking at a serious house I would like it to be a more substantial construction than wood framed. There may not be tradition for that in california but it's high time. 7.5 should not be a cardboard house.
