School of Saberfighting is a professional entertainment team that specialises in Star Wars inspired lightsaber choreography, stuntwork, video production and public performance. We also provide training for anyone who wishes to fullfill their dream and become proficient with a lightsaber.
Many of our trainees have won the highest stage fencing titles in various Russian championships, and acted in fencing combat scenes on screen and on stage.

@@pepega5560 It's a replica. Basically a polycarbonate pipe attached to a bright colored flashlight. It's fucking epic.
Edit: You can buy them online for a couple of hundred dollars. Then there's Neopixel sabers where the lights are INSIDE the blade, so it's brighter and looks better, but they're also more expensive.
I wish I had the money to make my own Star Wars movie with you guys in it. The level of skill here is absolutely insane. You should do the choreography for the next video game or something. I hope they hire you.

I took up martial arts when i was 19, about to turn 20 and i spent all those years grinding in wing chun and some kendo. Years went by and when i realized i could finally afford to buy my own lightsaber, i didnt hesitate. Bought one and i didnt know any forms. Closest thing i could adapt it to was my wing chun. And as anybody who practiced it realizes that your hands are extremly close to the body and hardly go outside of shoulder range. So i adapted my saber fighting like that. It was practically soresu form 3 but with even MORE defense lol. I threw in thrusts and spin cutting moves to throw off the opponent and get a quick score

Ok. The “spins” are necessary to create kinetic speed. That’s sword fighting. Fencing is much different.

Please where can i buy a lightsaber that can be used for lightsaber fencing events... if possible with some kind of advice about where to buy them, and what model would be good for a beginner...
Would there be a way to apply for your School? So far I could only apply what I learned with my Sword Training, but an Lightsaber is too different from any regular Sword

Those are two completely different things. The brightest are neopixel lightsabers, but all their advantages end there, honestly. The most durable are the ones with the diodes inside the hilt. The best ones are the one we use, cause we created them according to our needs and requirements👌
