    How can you judge her by her family
    Being healthy is an individual choice
    When her family will take individual decision to follow her advice, they will achieve health like her.
    She is such a grounded person that that she accepts her family members as they are, moreover, she tries her level best to give them healthy meals at home.

    Egg k sath dahi mix krke apne use kiya yeh Thik nei hai or aap chutni or cheele k sath milk le rhe ho yeh v Thik nhi hai .salt wali cheej k sath aapko milk nhi Lena chahiye.or salad khane se pehle Khana chahiye na k khane k sath .itne sare log aapko dekh rhe a pls aap kisi ki v galat guide mat kijye.

    Almond ko kabhi skin ke saath nahi khaate..uski skin me antinutrients hote hai jo almonds ke nutrients ko absorb nahi hone dete.. isiliye humesha se soaked almonds peel karke khaate hai.. Don't mind but pls take more knowledge about food and its combinations
