Corey can cover anything and make it fucking beautiful, whether he's screaming for Slipknot, or singing for Stone Sour, this man has a voice of an angel.
Came from another cover of this saying Corey did a better job than Adam of Saint Asonia. I disagree. Not bad, just different interpretations of the same songs.

This was the last song my brother sent to me before he committed suicide last summer in July '19 ....... He knew I loved this song and found me the best version of it ..... When I listen, I hear him singing and playing his guitar.. He was gifted; this band is gifted.

Kyle... My best friend was struck by a train. He loved Corey Taylor's voice and he loved this song. Sometimes I come back to it and it reminds me of old memories. R.I.P Kyle, and yes I know this song isn't really about this but it holds a special meaning to me when I sing and play acoustic to this song.

The resonance effect on the guitar and the bending into tune with the whammy bar is what made the original so haunting and memorable. Also, Chris Isaak had a controlled voice crack when entering the higher registers (like a yodel). I like Stone Sour, but I think the original will always be better in my book.
