I think its cuz JP controllers actually create a lot of heat even at low power & speed compared to vector controllers, in that case 1500-1600W in a 1800W motor is smart choice to reduce heat
maybe Laotie realised older scoots all need cooling mod if u dont wanna burn it 😂
