I cooked this recipe exactly the way the recipe was given. I should have known better than pressure cook pirk chops for 10 minutes. They turned out so tough I coudn’t eat them. My husband tried. Needless to say, i was in tears. I was so sure they would be perfect as you told us. 🥲The flavor was fine though.
Sorry to hear they were tough. I made this recipe many times and they always turn out tender. I usually find that if meat it tough cooking it longer makes it more tender, so I would recommend adding them back to the pressure cooker and pressure cook for another 10 min
