I completely agree with you… Especially since I had an abortion almost 2 years ago and I have lived in Texas all my life. I am so thankful that I was able to have the procedure prior to all this craziness. I have been with my partner over nine years now but I come from an abusive home and he began physically abusing me around 3 to 4 years ago. I always promised myself I would never put a child in that situation so I just could not go through with it. I started going to therapy and told a couple of people in my life. He has not touched me in the last year or two but I still wonder….

When I was pregnant I was 1 day off of the threshold to where I can legally get the pill version so I had to get the procedure. This was California 2020. For reasons out of my control they could not sedate me all I took was advil and omg when I say it was traumatic experience I’m not exaggerating. This makes me so mad it has everything to do with hatred of women and us being viewed as lesser counterpart to men. Breaks my heart.
this all makes me so angry. I was able to utilize the medication in 2012 and it was 100% an excellent option for a bad situation and I truly wish more women could opt for that. I feel like it's not usually much publicized and people don't even know about it (the medication)...I was an educated 30 something and didn't even know about it until I needed it. Crazy.

As long as everyone finishes their antibiotic course, there shouldn't be too much issue. People already take antibiotics for STDs, and by what Sydnee was saying, it's not an approved treatment yet
Unfortunately- taking the whole course of antibiotics doesn't really reduce antibiotic resistance according to new data. It's getting worse. Every 15 minutes someone in the U.S. dies of a polydrug resistant infection.

I have not looked into the whole Doxy being used as a prevention of STD's, so there may be more to this but using antibiotics in a preventative manner like that can be quite dangerous. I thought it was no longer recommended to use antibiotics as a prevention in most cases because antibiotic resistance is becoming a huge problem?
I can't watch the news straight, I typically get it from sources like late show and daily show because I need the humor to make it digestible. The problem is I miss a lot of the smaller stories they don't get to cover. I loved this video for filling that knowledge hole for me. So thank you! I'd definitely keep watching if you decide to continue with this series.

Last I checked adoption is still a thing. If you can't afford to keep the baby then give it up for adoption. There are plenty of people out there that would LOVE to have children but can't for whatever reason. Consider adoption instead of m*rdering a completely innocent child. It's not the baby's fault they were conceived as a result of r*pe so why punish the baby by taking away its right to live? In my opinion the r*pist should be the one getting punished, not the baby that had nothing to do with any of it.

Then send two white girls on my to straight lie. The company paid me a severance rather than deal with the issue.

The injury or harm must be actual or imminent, it can not be hypothetical. So, in my legal opinion, this group should not have standing to bring the case because they had no actual injury. Next, there's the obvious arguments about the drug being safe, being around for 23 years, etc. However, the biggest argument is federalism. The U.S. Congress passed the Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act of 1938, which gave the FDA the final say in approving drugs. The FDA is part of the Executive branch. The judiciary should have no part of this case. It is a separation of powers issue. That's my legal opinion anyway. Plus, I want John Stewart to run for POTUS.
NDAs can't be used to prevent the reporting of a crime thankfully... unfortunately doesn't help much with the other problems though 😕 As for the abortion pill issue.. the US reversing women's rights to 50 years ago to appease religious groups is nothing short of baffling to me

Totally agree that it's great to have something that helps prevent STDs, but just a warning, Doxycycline is pretty harsh. I was put on it when I was younger for acne, and I didn't realize it at the time, but it was giving me daily headaches. I thought the headaches were caused by anxiety but I ended up traveling to Africa during that time, and was put on a higher dose of Doxycycline because it is also used as a Malaria medication. Once I was on the higher dose the headaches became 10x worse, I could barely sleep (maybe an hour a night if I was lucky) and when I slept I had terrible nightmares. It was kind of a blessing in disguise because at least now I knew that the drug was what was giving me headaches when I was on the lower dose. Anyways, my point is, do your research and don't just have sex and not worry because we now can get an antibiotic afterwards that will hopefully fix the problem of STDs. Again, it's good to have for emergencies, not disagreeing with that, but never think a drug is just the answer, use condoms, get tested (you and your partner), and be safe.

But then again maybe most parents there can afford tutors to ensure their kids don't fall behind. But one area where being a celebrity has no advantage is education.
