  • Welcome back to the rewind podcast series, going back over our favorite podcasts over the years. This podcast is on what I call high-performance hypertrophy. This came about from my love of bodybuilding and CrossFit, wanting to get the best of both worlds, build muscle, look good, feel good, and still feel capable and athletic while still focusing on some aesthetic stuff. So I basically combined a lot of bodybuilding exercises with a lot of CrossFit-type exercises, and it basically evolved into something called high-performance hypertrophy. And a lot of the programs that I write, especially for Build fall into this category.
