A cold December afternoon at Nuneaton station. Including all the regulars for this area. Avanti West Coast Pendolinos & Voyagers, Cross Country 170s, a London NorthWestern 350, a West Coast Railways Class 47 and various freight moves.

The West Coast Railway stock was an empty stock move from Southall back to Carnforth.
Also notice the LNW 350, passing non stop through Nuneaton. The service was delayed by 30 mins so the decision was made to run it non-stop from Rugby to Crewe. Benefitting no-one at all. Leaving every station in between with no train service for several hours. As the next 2 trains behind were also cancelled. LNW/WMR are notorious for doing this, it happens regularly or only runs between Rugby & London. Leaving places like Nuneaton, Tamworth & Lichfield with no services at all. Its pretty appalling. Awful company.

I fully agree with regards LNW/WMR being awful, The Crewe to Birmingham via Stoke has been cut to Stafford for the December timetable.

I travel to & from Lichfield regularly & the service they offer is appalling. I can’t tell you how many times it’s cancelled.
