- In this video, I find 2 big fish hiding under a dock, and one of them is the CRAZIEST bass I have ever seen in my life ! Both of these fish put up great battles and swam off strong to continue their lives and add more great fish to the ecosystem!

Tubbo bit off more than he could chew! 😂 I caught a 3# bass once, had the tail of a 3# northern sticking 6” out of its mouth. Bass can catch prey too large to swallow, so they swallow as much as they can and then keep swallowing the rest incrementally. Crazy., right? But I bet in a week El Tubbo looks like a normal bass again!

That’s a beer belly bass! I went fishing in Maine got there late so I pick up the local paper and on the front page was a picture of a bass that swallowed a baseball and it looked like that.

@@TyPigPatrol according to the town paper. They took an x-ray and posted it! It was caught in the lake where I was staying! Non of my fish contained a baseball. A basketball 🏀 but no baseballs. The only store where you can buy milk and get night crawlers at the same time and sit and have a beer. The locals were talking about the baseball bass.

We caught one with big belly like that, husband fileted the fish then cut his belly open and it was a 6 foot cottonmouth water moccasin.

@@TyPigPatrol yes, it's true. I was afraid to eat the fish. I threw it out and the chickens ate it. It was a shame because those filets were thick enough I would have fileted the filets into halves.

I have caught a speckled trout that had a huge croaker sticking out of her gut. She was already full yet still ate the croaker Inwas using for bait. I believe she was protecting her nest of eggs. I returned her back to Trinity Bay to keep on keeping on.
that sounds about right! My biggest trout, 27" came on a 9 " mullet!

Not a bass, but I was fishing for trout one time and caught a catfish near a dock. It wasn’t very long, but it had a huge belly. Nice video.

Great video! At first I thought that Largemouth Bass might have a diseased condition we see in the Aquarium Hobby, called "Fish Dropsy." "Dropsy is a condition in fish caused by the buildup of fluid inside the body cavity or tissues. As a symptom rather than a disease in its own right, it can indicate a number of underlying diseases, including bacterial infections, parasitic infections, or liver dysfunction." - Wikipedia
When you showed that tail of the fish the Largemouth Bass I realized that Dropsy was not the problem, rather this was a Largemouth Bass being a Largemouth Bass, a Piggy! I know from that if you decided to eat the fish and gut it there might be several meals inside his belly for a person. I then remembered my dad catching a Largemouth Bass in Arkansas when I was young and the Pig had 7 Catfish in it's belly. These Bass over-eat even more than I do!!!

We have salt water strip here in the tenn river, and I’ve seen them with belly’s like that pre spawn.

yes, i think they are called solar sheild clip ons. They are 15 bucks at walgreens or cvs. They have great polarization.

That is a freakish fish to catch, I remember my Dad catching a catfish whose girth and length were the same ( 13 inches). We thought we were pulling in a snapping turtle.

The craziest bass I've seen are the hungry bass at Lake McClure. They have a big head and tiny body. The second are the mating bass...they are stressed out and you can see it on them physically, esp in the throat. I'm talking mating as in stirring up the water.
