I’d put it in the low to mid 50s…. A really nice flat! It’s crazy how big they get in tiny little creeks
That was my exact thought as far as weight. We catch em like that here in the Altamaha river in GA, all though I have to admit ones over 50 arent a daily catch by any means

@@TyPigPatrol No prob, at first glance from the thumbnail I thought for sure that was a turtle. I was surprised and boy was that ever a big Flathead. Me and my dad would go to the Kankakee River and catch catfish, I was so young I barely remember.

We're kind of NEW to your channel boss. Just wanted to say the videos we've watched so far have been ENJOYABLE!! You surely do some WICKED fishing! Just watched one of your newer videos in those SHALLOW waters with the large Sturgeons in them. That was INSANE!! We have loads of Sturgeon in California, but figured they're always in the larger water ways. Like the California Delta, which we fish A LOT.

Amazing how it hit that crank bait. I have caught flathead off bumping a lizard nothing that big. I heard forty but I believe that was bigger than forty by at least five pounds. Good job. My biggest flat head was 25 pounds and that was a big fish to me that was twice the size of what I caught. As you would say insane
