I tried this once over 20 years ago and struggled to learn the choreo, then never tried it again until today and learned almost all the choreo. I guess I'm a better dancer in my 50s than I was in my 30s!
This is a fun video. You can see why Paula is such a strong (and respected) choreographer.

Cool, I still have vhs. I've always liked this along with the buns/abs of steel and the Jane Fonda stepper workouts. I was in my teens the last time I revisited this one and about played it to death. It's years later and I'm not sure If I even have the energy for this lol. I have another one of hers but found it was not for beginners and was way to hard to pick up.

Wow was I in better shape back in middle school! This is great, so glad it's available. I'm trying to get in better shape and improve my coordination, and this will help for sure. I love how I remember most of these steps and the last time I did this was probably half my life ago!

Omg I used to do this when I was 12 with my aunt and sister. I was chubby and I lost like 40 pounds doing thus everyday and eating healthy. Now I'm in my 30s and obese 😢 I'm definitely will be doing it again and see if I can loose all the extra weight!!!

By far my favorite workout to do when I just need to shake my butt and have fun. I wish she would have done more...honestly she has great workouts. Not advanced but fun post weights or on cardio only days as your warmup or middle burn.
