Start using sea salt or kosher salt they are better for your health than that iodine salt you was using its only good for baking because of how fine it is but if you like fine salt the other salts I just said you can get them fine as well I just was saying because you were talking about your health thanks and I love your videos always chefdakiutagrant
Thank you so much Chef. I have to use a small amount of iodized salt because of my thyroid issue but I keep Himalayan Pink Salt on my table to use to salt my meal after I’m done cooking. 🙏🏽
