Props to the passer for putting it right on the seams.
Facts! That FIBA ball makes it much easier to see, too lol
You build your shot from the inside out. 4ft, 8ft, 12ft, 16ft, and 20ft. Form Shooting is the foundation for all great shooters.
when i was a youngin i couldnt find no vids like this but at least i got them for my son
Swear people be commenting on yt just to be commenting
Me too bro
@@Boomhauersdad bruh why u so miserable lol, theres a comment section for a reason if u dont care just move on
No music in his ears, no talking, just perfecting the craft. Love to see it💯🥹
what u got against music
@@LegatoC Motivation you get from music wont be there during actual games, its good practice to train without music
@@LegatoCfor real
@@nikisracingit doesn’t matter music or not, music isn’t there for motivation it’s just something to listen to so ur not playing in silence, also they do have music played during games.
@@LegatoC it's like being out in the wilderness, walking through a forest. if i'm walking around with music, it distracts from the art of it all. ball is life.
Bro throwing great passes
Q
NO CAP
That guy passing perfectly 😮
This is what our youth miss out on he’s not At the 3 point line off the jump just shooting. At the rim progress slowly out as shots go in
People still do this, dude, it wasnt exclusive to your generation.
@@MubarakNasiru-k8f yeah this dude is an unc
@@MubarakNasiru-k8f ima prime example lol 2000s baby
@@MubarakNasiru-k8f idk where gramps got that from, even the most casual hoopers i know still start off at the rim, nobody i know starts off immediately from the 3 point line. dk what he is talking about lmao
Nobody starts shooting at the three point line these days.
This is a good example of how you should be shooting from 3 during workouts. AE shoots around 70% from 3 in this video and he’s a 35% in game shooter. All great shooters know your 3 pt% in game is roughly half your workout %.
Tbh I’ve been considering picking up basketball workouts for coordination, cardio, and for my brain. Having to problem solve in the literal moment is definitely beneficial. Plus it just seem relaxing.
its therapy brother
It’s peaceful af man picked it back up this year after not playing in about 5 years now it’s back to regular therapy
Same here it’s very therapeutic doing shooting drills like this, I rebound for myself too so some extra cardio lol
It helps for great meditation. I would also add swimming when you’re done to keep the body fluid.
I pla senior basketball 67 here and on the court now 4 days a week preparing for the senior Olympics. I do these drills 🔥 ❤😊
good stuff man keep killing it!!
You know you've made it when you have three rebounders.
Haha 😂
Keep the ANT videos coming 🙏
man nba players have a solid stance, this video is very helpful in learning shooting techniques. excellent video
thanks for delivering us with great footage🙌🏾
DO NOT LET THEM MAKE YOU TAKE THIS DOWN.EVERYBODY DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO QUICKKKKKK

lol for what this a regular ass vid bro
Bryan said it was okay bro
@@akumicobainlol for what ever reason every vid like this is like 9 minutes max.
Why
Great rhyme warm up!! Used to do something similar everyday prepping for college 🔥
Thank You❤️❤️❤️
Was waiting on these workouts let’s go man
wow the f passing is amazing
Thanks for posting
Gonna use these for my training and adapt💪🏼💯
Thanks for the footage. Great workout
gosh i love his follow through
I thought it was gonna be an actual workout (simulating game speed) but this chill vibe was cool too - I'm gonna go shootaround and do the same, thx 🤙🏽
I keep watching love this video.
practice to perfection :)
I watched this for 48hrs to win Ant as a keeper in my league. Lets get it!
Beautiful
Ima do this everyday motivation
I’m tha only one who noticed that the audio restarts?
I wish I had this when I was first learning the game
dedicated to his craft, his focus is impressive
Always kinda shot but never did tons of shooting drills cause my adhd bc going wild on the court would yall say this drill he’s doing it more effective or a different one?
Ant 🔥🐐💯
Automatic subscribe 🐺
yessirrrr
I'm curious about the wages of the three people who help him
God bless
Barkley was clowning Kat for not putting up 1000 shots, they act like it can't be done in a day. Maybe 10,000.
It’s just not happening during the nba playoffs after an 82 game season.
I need someone to list out the workout routine. NBA might be possible for me if I follow his routine.
the best asmr
Leak Anthony Edwards’s finishing workout🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Imagine this being your life🤯🤯🤯💪🏽
🔥
Bringin the midrange back to make his father proud 🥲
Always felt like there was something just slightly off about his mechanics. You can see it here. He doesn't load his wrists properly and his follow through is inconsistent. It's nothing major, but it's there. You can see this with his form shooting. His jumpshots are pure butter tho, beautiful to watch.
freaks me out a little how he's risking his balance each time he gets on his toes during these non jumpers at the beginning. often he has to counter with a step forward after his release. great body control though so it's not that much of an impact for him. guess he could make even more if he could become a little more stable there.
Thought I was the only who noticed
foot to glute connection is why he can be consistent like that
Hey Hoops chef! How did you get these practice footage? Did you have to pay for a reservation seat at the gym or you just shot the video?
Cuz I'm expecting that it's probably not free..
Iam the 1k liker🎉
I learned this from tim duncan and ray allen back in the day
he always leans forward it bet that affects the % but he has the luxury not to change
3:49 stretcher casually gets pulled out
even the stretcher crew getting in extra work, team USA locked in
Like carry on, nothing to see here..
Stretcher is for in case AD gets barely tapped on the head.
@@SincerelyJnCI wonder how many times he got tapped in the head last year in the 76 games he played
@@BrandonmvAD ur boyfriend or sum?
Steph on the other side making 1000 threes
Interesting how he starts off not jumping
bro grinding for badges
It's a reason we haven't seen MJ and Ant man in the same photo or together. Because it will be too obvious
ant worked out with me in his pre draft workout with charlotte the picture is on twitter
his time coming
🐜🐺🇺🇸🏀👌
Bro sat there and filmed for 49 mins ☠️
Why is not jumping from behind the three? It looks unnatural and looks like it’s making him miss more. I get form shooting but surely not from that far out?
Probably practicing his upper shooting form
Whats the reason for the half court shots?
why not?
@@cadelmao what is he working on with that
@@Malikkickinshi maybe just for fun, it's a game after all
wouldnt it be better to take less shots at a higher intensity?
Obviously whatever he’s doing is working for him
This is his post-practice shooting routine: high repetition of basic game shots, form shots from close, mid-range, and 3-point range, catch-and-shoot mid-range and 3-pointers, pull-up jumpers from mid-range and 3-point range, etc.
i’ve always wondered same thing tbh
one go to give if you practice less shot reps you have more counters to go to but you’ll feel like you’re not perfecting each move well
if you practice more reps you have less counters and you might be bored easily but you’ll perfect the move
it’s give or take really depends on the individual
If i had 3 rebounders and passers i could be that good too .....
Those ball boys do not like Antman's friend...............Body Language
Him and rob finna be a problem
You can see he has the dog in him but sad he dont got kobe round cuz taking long range half court shots at the end of ur practice is odd man air balling cuz his legs are shocked at that point
Seems like he backwards in his remedy but atleast he has one
No where near a 1000 shots
No way, 600 shots max
KAT said he took 1500 shots per day 😂
@@HOV4N on 2K maybe lol Russell Westbrook and James Harden can take 1000 a day, not sure if anyone else does
i’ll split my shots into 350 each but then i can’t involve weights
also who cares the number as far as you can translate it to the game
@@chancethechiropractoryou should watch Gilbert arenas shooting workouts. The amount of shots he put up that summer was crazy
I have never seen a pro miss so many shots
地
😂 39:10 bro vibing out
Terrible ball
therapuetic. I am about to go do the same outside rn #keepGrinding
if i only i had 3 ppl rebounding for me everyday🥲😂
