Have you ever tried to make this with White Plums before?
Hello Flour (for crumble) is all purpose flour or corn flour ?
All purpose flour
Ok... Thank you :)
Is it served hot?
Yiu can serve it hot or cold. However you like.
Crumble? Crisp?
Why put cornstarch in fruit - no need just add cinnamon or orange juice and top with plain crumble.
I tried the recipe. It tastes extremely bad. The plum base gets ultra acidic, so acidic infact that you can't even put it into your mouth. It was more sour than lemons and the plums I used literally became like soup when I put sugar in them. The crumble part was tolerable with tons of ice-cream in it to counter the acidity.
Very very dissapointed!!!
Well it depends on the plums you use and the sweetness of them, the plums in the video might have been sweeter than the usual so you might have needed to add more sugar, in regards to that juice it happens to almost all fruit in pies even, when you make apple pie you actually leave out some/most of the juice depending on how much it's let out hope this helped :)
Wow that was honest 😂😂 I was kind of expecting that and was searching the comments to see if anyone tried it. Thanks for the heads up!
Mine turned out the same, I asummed is from the lemon zest. It is very bitter the whole thing
Why dont you make another video but SLOWER
