Women and people in general have different cues and signs. Some like the attention from this kind of body language but mean nothing by it. Touching hair or other aspects may be signs of being uncomfortable. Don't take these for granted.
YES! I'm really disappointed this channel made this video; it reeks of those alpha male channels that give generic advice for dudes who aren't okay with themselves and want a perfect formula when there is none.
The best thing to do for both men and women to avoid excess hurt is to just TELL them you have romantic feelings or ask them out as soon as you realize and let go if they say no. Most people will be polite about it; if they're not then it's a reflection of them and not you.

Open communication is KEY. You want to avoid misunderstandings. If you feel there’s something between you two first ask if she likes you. If yes, then great. If not, then leave it at that. Apologize for the misunderstanding and move on. AND don’t harass them for not reciprocating. There’s no need for unnecessary drama.

Only #2 seems legit. If they constantly get physically close to you, but not the others, they obviously like you. Don't think a lot of people will miss that cue. The problem is telling if they really like you as a friend, or like like you.

Although these are signs, as a man just because a woman shows signs of attraction definitely doesn't mean she's actually interested. There's been times when women dropped crazy hints, did everything mentioned in the video and more, and yet still reject me whenever I try to take things further. Then there are women who show absolutely no signs of attraction, drop zero hints, only to find out later that they actually wanted me to make a move. I've come to the conclusion that women are just impossible to understand.
Ignore their words, observe their actions. Get her to move with you. If she follows your lead, you can start to escalate the interaction.

No… Two glaring examples these signs are wrong:
When we laugh, specially when it's something very funny, we all tend to expose our necks. That's not a sign she likes you.
When a woman enter what they call "your personal space", there's a high chance she does like you, but a simple high five is not it.
Considering this channel often has great tips, this video is not one of those.

I had a drill sergeant who explained that if you want to identify a threat to you, look for the person whose toes are pointed towards you, because although they may be trying to look at something else you are what they are interested in.

@@barackobama1187 Do you have any sources to back this up? One thing to note is that being too obvious can mean it's faked. Also, it wouldn't make sense for a man's body language to be only 0% or 100% when expressing interest, with nowhere in between.
Men's version of this video makes sense because sometimes there are overlaps and sometimes there aren't. For example, a hip sway is feminine. One thing I've been studying is head tilt. The question is what it should look like in men

For everyone in the comment confused about women who definitely 100% do all of the above and then still end up not interested... Have you considered that attraction is not the only factor in making decisions? Someone might be attracted, or feel flirty, or enjoy the conversation, and yet still choose to go their separate way afterwards, for a billion of reasons of their own...
Also, like with any behaviours, it's important to know the person's baseline - some people are naturally more touchy feely, some people are super open, etc, and they can just be like that with everyone. But that's besides my main point here.
This is why we men should wait for it to be verbalised to make life easier for ourselves

All of these examples are from TV show or movie's scenes, that didn't reflect the reality because they over play a role.
The neck bend ("the Marilyn") felt like total bollocks, and although I have read tons of books on body language, somehow the "touch myself" gestures don't really convince me either, and I'm even a bit skeptical about the toe directions...

Watching this I realized that when I like a guy I tend to touch my face, hair, body much more often, but the biggest tell, is that I especially touch my throat-the very middle part where my throat meets my collar bone. I lightly rub that area or hold my fingers there. I realized I only do that movement (totally unconsciously in the moment) when I have a crush on a guy. Not sure why, but it’s definitely a thing. Also, I can feel myself giving a different *kind* of eye contact. I don’t necessarily give more or less eye contact, but when I *do* meet his eyes, my gaze is very specific. I feel myself slightly widening my eyes and looking up a bit from under my lashes and my gaze is extremely focused, like I’m focused intently on his eyes&face. I don’t look at anyone else that way except for guys I like.
She smiles at me, she laughs at me, she touches me, she initiates conversations - she makes me wonder if it's her or me that's crazy 😅
you have to take into consideration that these are actors as well. they tend to naturally act or draw attention naturally so though this video isn't wrong you may not be seeing the most genuine reactions.
