  • The power functions on this Lego Technic set 42082 are amazing. Take a look and judge by yourself. There are so many functions that the designers had to add a main selector switch to go from lower to upper functions and vice versa. I even do a little test with Vector to show how strong the crane is. Highly recommended set!

This is really fantastic. Lego has come a long way. I've really gotten hooked on building Lego sets this past year or so. This set is the most mechanical I've seen.

Humm...I built mine like you saw in the video and it works perfectly. I made a mistake once where I installed a gear in the wrong orientation, but I fixed it later. All I can say is go slowly with the build and double check your parts before proceeding to the next step. Good luck!

Did you make any mistakes during the build? I was also thinking about making this with my dad and mom, do you think this would quicken up the building process?

Since there are two manuals, I guess two or more people could build at the same time different sections and put them together after. It could work. The only mistake I made is wrong orientation of the gears for the front and rear stabilizer legs. This is an area where it is very easy to go wrong and LEGO should have put a little warning window in the manual IMO. Thank you for visiting my channel. This is an excellent set!

@@SuperdanTech That is a good idea thank you, my mom could organize parts and my dad and I could work on the different books, while both checking each other for mistakes.
