Cozmo 2.0 and Vector 2.0 | I got my refund!
Yes finally and thanks to Catherine at Digital Dream Labs, I finally received my refund for the two robots. I don't know why suddenly I have a refund since Vector 2.0 was apparently in the warehouse ready to be shipped. And since there is no delivery date for Cozmo 2.0, I frankly decided to cancel everything. Like I discuss in the video, it is interesting to note that two days after I got my refund, I received an email from DDL inviting me to pre-order Vector 2.0 before the price goes up!

The title says it all... I still do not have my Vector 2.0 and a recent email from Digital Dream Labs says that Cozmo 2.0 is delayed with no commitment on delivery dates. I thought I was going to receive my Vector 2.0 in September... The fact that DDL does not have a new delivery date for Cozmo 2.0 after several years is VERY disturbing to say the least... So...I have asked for a double refund....

Digital Dream Labs (DDL) shared a lot of information in this long webinar. I give a good summary here in 14 minutes. hi friend actually i did big mistake that i reset my robot Vector. so is there any solution to make Vector works . because i ve connect with DDL they said Vector will come back with new i cloud server from Azure. but at the moment is there any solution to fix this mistake . thank you
Hi there, to be honest I do not know since I have not used my Vector for a year now. Go see my friend outsider238 and ask him. He may have an answer for you!
Long story short, if you want more of a toy that can play games, go for Cozmo. If you want more of a pet that answers questions for you, go for Vector.

Hi there, obviously make sure that the batteries are good. Second, go to the Cozmo App and manually activate the cubes from one of the menu items. Sorry I don't remember where specifically but it is not hard to find. I hope this works!
I had a phone never arrive from China a few years agoi and Paypal refunded me immeditaley. i was amazed. But as of the last few years its been dire. Had an unauthorised payment from Temu and when I reported it to Paypal they ignored the matter saying there has been no fraud. Didnt even look at the case. Rejected it within a few minutes. Not using them again.

Hey thank you! People who actually see it in person almost have a heart attack...lol. This was my first 3D printing big project and it was a real challenge, especially reducing the scale of the ship and keeping it solid and sturdy at the same time. I see that you are located in Australia, you should be proud of this ship although it ran into some operational problems according to google searches. I never tried it without the App but I think you need it.
If you have an android phone, specifically an older one, you can get the app working on it enough to play with the band. Maybe buy an older smartphone from just after this was released.

I am an IT technician. I have always been interested in robotics, upon discovering this little robot I wanted to be part of its world; Besides, I'm a toy collector, so it was a great addition to my collection. It was very difficult for me to find the original version of Cozmo at a good price without speculators overpricing the robot. But in the end I found it at a very good price, with its original box and all its components. I also bought the original book to learn how to program Cozmo. It's a shame that the intellectual property of Anki has been acquired by scammers like DDL, who sell you a product that they don't even have ready yet. But hey, that's the way the world is sometimes. Now all I have to do is enjoy my original Cozmo and learn how to use it.

Hi Charles, long time no see. I have a new job at Amazon so I don't have time anymore to do youtube videos. I don't know if the servers are back but the DDL website has not been updated in more than a year! There is no news of DDL on social media that I can find. So some people are saying that DDL is out of business.

@@SuperdanTech this is likely due to them deciding it to not be worth the risk considering the chance of the video becoming popular and tarnishing their name. I also recently managed to cancel my subscription after they refused to under the reason of, “being busy”

Paypal does have a phone number using Google search, but their call center is a joke. They don't have any USA or Canada and other high income countries agents based in those countries, usually the call center is in India, South Africa or the Philippines and they understaffed their call centers causing long hold times. I was on the phone over 2 hours with them talking to several agents and they are like, "Oh, this isn't my department. I am transferring the phone call to another agent." Then the next agent refuses to help or is not able to, even after asking and getting a manager. I was on hold over 50 minutes with them. I even talked with an agent in Cape Town, South Africa years ago with Paypal. They are not training their agents and aren't following consumer rights laws. Paypal call center agents and their executives are not very nice people at all. Shame on you, Alex Chriss Paypal CEO for allowing this to continue to happen and hire more call center workers who are better trained.

I was just wondering if they still make shaving cream that comes out of the can hot? I used to use it back in the day. Edit, I found it. It was called “The Hot One” by Gillette, made in the 70s. When it hit oxygen it would get hot.
