    Thank you for the video.
There are two interesting breathing techniques : Buteyko and Wim Hof method.
Alongside with ashwagandha you could try mucuna and griffonia.

There are lots of different breathing techniques around and deep breathing is going to help calm the nervous system. However the breathing exercise I have put up is particularly effective for anxiety. Also the herb I mention in the video is particularly good. It's a relatively unknown one but I have had absolutely amazing results with it.

Great tips. Coffee and alcohol ( sadly 😀) trigger me . Especially the morning after

Sadly menopause triggers anxiety - out of this world anxiety. HRT is amazing for adjusting hormone levels.

This is so true Penny. In fact many women will start getting depression and/or anxiety when they enter the menopause for the first time in their lives. I myself am a great believer in bio-identical hormones and HRT can most definitely help. However it's often not enough and other strategies, like the ones in this video, will be needed as well.

@@AgelessbyGlynisBarber agreed 😁 I did try herbal things but they didn't cut it. You are so right about caffine, wine and breathing exercises. Thanks for being open, honest and for sharing x

I must give up the wine

It's definitely worth playing around with. Try a day or 2 without and see how it goes?

@@AgelessbyGlynisBarber Thanks Glynis, I'm giving it a go, I've suffered with anxiety for a while now and although, like you say - wine gives you that instant winding down feeling, in the long run I'm sure its making things worse

@@daisychain4503 you'll soon see if you're better without it for awhile. It might just be that you sleep better or feel calmer when you go to bed or even that you feel better when you wake up?

Wow this is so helpful Glynis, thank you for sharing your experiences with us 🤍 Well I mostly get palpitations when I feel anxious and sometimes I feel sick or faint. I've always drank decaf coffee anyway and I only drink alcohol on special occasions which is usually Prosecco or Gin and fruit juice :)

@@kristiehawke I would try my breathing exercise which is really good at calming the body down. I did a video on it. Also the Albizia are absolutely amazing.
