Vegetation Fire Spreads To Commercial Building | PHOENIX

Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a vegetation fire near Townley Avenue and Northbound Black Canyon Access Road shortly before 10:00 PM Saturday night.

The assignment was quickly balanced to a working structure fire after multiple additional 911 callers reported heavy flames coming from a 2 story commercial structure.
●
Upon arrival crews found heavy fire spreading up a vine covered section of the building. Crews from the cities of Phoenix and Glendale responded to assist.
●
Crews deployed multiple hoselines and made entry to check for extention.
●
Fortunately the fire was contained to the exterior of the building.
●
Fire investigators are currently working to determine what triggered the blaze.
●
No injuries have been reported.
