It's great to see someone so passionate about their car. I can relate to a lot of that, however I had to wait a fair bit longer before I had the luxury of getting such a high performance car! Lucky guy, well deserved.

Im a fellow islander but further north at the island of guernsey born and raised but live in the UK now, i know what its like with the speed limits its mad like 35 is the top for guernsey, as you can imagine diesel cars are a nightmare for DPF problems, nice to see a channel islander on here for sure, and his car is awesome, the colour is mint on that model, he will know about donkeys and crapauds but im not going into detail haha, awesome car!

I owned a 17 plate RS from new, sold it last year. Lots of fun to drive.
The blue callipers and forged wheels on James’s car were options, as was the paint and lux pack.
I beat a white focus rs other day in my m140i ended up overtaking it thought they were a lot faster
@@logansam4763 m140i and a mk3 RS are pretty much neck and neck performance wise in a straight line. Put them both on a windy road and the RS would out handle the bmw
@@mikeolly67 watch a video (ultimate hot hatch drag race) the rs gets obliterated but about good 5 car lengths in half a mile drag by m140i both stock

I have one of these and stock I find it slow all tuners say none of them have 350 u do well at 320 on a Dyno so a stage one wakes it up 380 feels nice

The Ford RS on paper is 0-60mph in 4.7 secs but all the videos I’ve seen they get 4.9 max 🤔 Very nice car though 👍🔥

@Calvin , How will the recession impact used car sales? Will it push the prices up even more? Or will it lower price. Is it worth waiting till prices drop? Or is the new price band for used cars the new Normal?
Certain cars will drop as alot of people will struggle to continue paying the finance as nobody predicted paying £500 p/m Gas & Electric.
Just doesn't look quite aggressive enough for an RS car especially compared to the MK2
Fiesta ST as a daily.... a RS Focus weekend toy plus a classic Mk2 RS2000? must be on ace wages for valeting......

Very low insurance here on all cars very little crime and no cars get stolen 👍

STEER CLEAR OF CAR VERTICAL - I RECENTLY BOUGHT A USED CAR THINKING IT WAS CLEAR BASED ON A CAR VERTICAL REPORT WHICH SAID IT HAD NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. IT ENDED UP BEING A CAT D AND COST ME THOUSANDS BECAUSE THEIR REPORT WAS WRONG. NOW REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. JOKE OF A COMPANY!!
Bouncy ride. Unreliable engine. Power not that great! Had 1 for a week returned it. Garbage!
