My wife and I took our RV to Floyd’s RV, recently purchased by Blue Compass RV of Norman located in Goldsby, Oklahoma, as described in sentence one of the above letter.
However, the following sentences are incorrect. We advised the service personnel that we would like NEW recliners like the ones on the show room floor, but NEW ones that matched the couch since we had decided to keep the couch.
Numerous other repairs were to be accomplished as described in the letter above.
    THE DISCOVERY PROCESS.:
The RV was left at the shop for two weeks allowing time for arrival and installation OF NEW recliners.
When we arrived on Aug 30 to pick up our RV it was in the Lot ready for Travel. Arriving in the service COUNTER we were presented with the invoice and advised everything was completed. We were not given a chance to check out the results.
Arriving at our acreage in Marlow, OK we set up the RV and when we first entered, we were Shocked. Nothing inside the RV had been secured for Travel. As soon as the slide outs were in place, we Observed the damage toe the Kitchen slide out base. This damage occurred while at the repair shop. Once inside we observed the Recliners were NOT the color we had selected and appeared to be the USED showroom displays. They were NOT properly anchored as well.
The power to the Microwave had been repaired.
I had agreed to provide power to the chairs myself, so I attempted to run power to the chairs and discovered there was no power to the outlets. The following week Blue Compass sent a tech that repaired the non-working outlets. After running power to the chairs, we immediately found that one chair was totally inoperative and the other had multiple defects. I requested that blue compass come and pick up the recliners, we were totally involved with Medical city Dallas appointments, preparing for my wife’s bone marrow transplant and could not return the RV to the repair shop. After a significant run around I was advised they would not accept the return of the Recliners, I would need to contact the Recliners manufacturer for repairs, and they were NEW, not the show room recliners.
The Furnace was not checked until the first cool period and found still inoperative.
The lose trim is only partially repaired.
    SUMMARY
WE WERE SOLD TWO DEFECTIVE RECLINERS AND BLUE COMPASS SHOULD ALLOW RETURNED AND REFUND THE COST.
DAMAGE TO THE KITCHEN SLIDE OUT HAPPENED WHILE AT THE SERVICE, BLUE COMPASS SHOULD COMPENSATE FOR THE REPAIRS.
THE FURNACE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, I’LL FIND A RELIABLE RV PLACE TO REPAIR.
BLUE COMPASS SHOULD REFUND ANY CHARGES FOR REPAIRING THE TRIM THAT WAS NOT REPAIRED.
