Open letter to the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová from the pen of Karol Dučák, journalist and writer
    Dear MRS
    Mgr. Zuzana Čaputová
    prezidentka SR
    Štefánikova 2
    811 05 Bratislava
Dear President of the Slovak Republic,
On August 28, 2019 you committed an unprecedented violation of political culture in Slovakia by the appointment of Michal Kováč ml. Head of the diplomatic mission in the United Arab Emirates. For this person is associated with several unresolved cases. It began with the Technopol case, in which he appears alongside Marián Kočner.
According to the testimony of P. Krylov, who was convicted in Germany, Michal Kováč jr. encouraged the organization of fraud against Technopol. According to Peter Tóth in the SME daily in 1996, Major Valenčík accused Michal Kováč of Jr. in December 1995. fraud. However, the investigation was not completed because the then President of the Slovak Republic, Michal Kováč Sr., granted his son Michal Kováč ml. presidential pardon by which all prosecutions against Michal Kováč ml. They stopped.
When Mečiar's amnesty was abolished in 2017, every serious Slovak citizen expected that Kováč's graces for his son would also be abolished. However, the then political structures in Slovakia, headed by the then Prime Minister Robert Fico, played a disgusting theater for the plebs and deceived the Slovak citizens. Finally, Kováč's graces for his son were not canceled. Only the Kotleba Party - People's Party Our Slovakia also uncompromisingly demanded the abolition of all Kováč's graces. At the parliamentary committee, Marián Kotleba learned the reasons for the Smer-SD and CIS parties, for whom not all Kováč's mercies would be canceled. Reportedly, this would cause shocking revelations about the activities of some prominent people in Slovakia. Investigating people involved in the Technopol case would have spilled so much old political filth that it could cause public outrage and even threaten the reputation and memory of poor President Kovac. Thus Michal Kováč officially remained a blameless citizen of the Slovak Republic.

However, already in 2015, Hospodárske noviny reported in detail about another case of Michal Kováč Jr., associated with a fictitious increase in the credibility of the Chirana Group, which allowed it to artificially increase its value. This was a fraud worth more than EUR 30 million.
Madam President, it is unlikely that you did not know these facts. It is publicly available information. In countries with a standard level of political culture, the President resigns himself after such a moral failure. I believe that you are capable of self-reflection and you will resign from the post of President of the Slovak Republic. Otherwise, your unprecedented failure will cast a bad light on you until the end of your term as President of the Slovak Republic.
    Yours sincerely
    Karol Dučák, journalist and writer

  • @CaputovachceTretiusvetovuvojnu

The daily SME reported that Caputova expressed concern that "some voices portray liberal values as a threat to our society".
In Article (1) of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic it is written in black on white, I quote
    (1) The Slovak Republic is a sovereign, democratic and rule of law. There is no ideology or religion.
I repeat, "There is no ideology or religion."
When Čaputová presents herself with concern that there are citizens who do not accept liberal ideology or liberal values, which is the same thing, she violates the constitution of the Slovak Republic when she represents the Slovak Republic abroad. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable to be shown by the Head of State..
