  • YUKGAEJANG Ingredients:
    - 3 whole leeks
    - 1 1/2 cup of raddish
    - 1 onion
    - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
    - 4 tablespoons sesame oil
    - 1 cup of beef
    - salt & pepper (to taste)
    - 3 tablespoons chili powder
    - 1liter water
    - 1 minced garlic
    - 2 tablespoons fish sauce (patties)
    - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    - 1 beef cube
    - 2 eggs

    Hindi po ba matigas pa ung beef if 15 minutes lang na i boil?.would you suggest na palambutin ung beef ahead of time?

    Would you suggest to boil or pressure cook the beef ahead of time? Is 15 minutes enough to make the beef tender?

      It depends on the kind of beef you get, if you got the tougher part siguro yes, boil it longer 👍

    Ok lang po ba gumamit ng beef dasida powder.ung toyo po ba at patis korean product po ba

      Yes u can use dasida, toyo and patis u can use local ones. However if u have korean product of course its much better too
