  • Phil Rowley made a trip down from Canada this past month and we had the opportunity to take him to one of our favorite lakes. In This Fly Fishing Video, Phil Rowly and Curtis Fry use different stillwater fly fishing setups while targeting Cutthroat Trout. Phil is throwing an Indicator rig while Curtis throws a midge tip.

The master at work. Dangling flies under an indicator just plain catches fish.

Asking a Canadian if they know what Tim Hortons is. I've paused the video. I'm only going to hit play again, because Phil is in this one, and I need to learn about stillwater fishing. You got lucky this time Curtis!

Surprised to not see a big Tiger at the end of your line - but I guess they're more active in the very early and late hours.
