suppose patient has staging B at present because we have calculated bone loss in previous 5 years, can he goes back to A if he did not show any bone loss in next 5 years as it is direct evidence. will we REclassify as grade A from grade B, THANKS IN ADVANCE

Yes, the grading is dynamic as it is an indicator or prognosis and rate of future progression
