Lol, I was watching the pan being loaded into the CNC mill and thought wow that is a tiny little mill. Then the doors close and the machine takes off across the screen and then straight up to a second story completely out of frame because it's so big lol. Man that was trippy.

Looks like a nice piece if you're a 7000+ rpm guy. I'd be more impressed by a manifold that could beat the OEM LS3 manifold between 2500-6500.

Guys Cleetus already has the best intakes made on Leroy and the C7. One of these would be great for ruby or maybe the el camino

Yeh id say Garrett's billet Frankenstein probably cost a pretty penny. It looks basically the same in dimensions and design though.

Leroy's is a full billet Frankenstein, don't think he'll be swapping this out.

Damn that thing is awsome I love how it has the intercooler right whith the intake .the only thing that would bother me is if it ever blew a hole in it and all the liquids go thru the moter but I know it's a day chance and probley would never happen .but anyways you guys are awsome and I wish ya all could do ford parts .moters .intakes and blowers excetra .but take care and great vid and godbless

It's a Doosan - which is Korean, and relatively inexpensive as far as CNCs go. I have an old Daewoo (before they changed their name to Doosan) Mynx 40T VMC I bought new in 2000. It's still going strong. Just added a Doosan Mynx 500 VMC. It's a way better machine than my Sharp 50.

How about one with a lower mounted throttle body flange for us who don't want to modify their hoods since keeping the stock hood is in vogue vs some 90's style cowl induction hood.

Looks like one hell of an intake manifold! Especially once you get that big ass intercooler in there man shawty thicc! I’ll definitely be keeping this in mind for future projects, it looks like it would perform exceptionally well with a high flow intercooler pump on a high hp turbo or procharged setup. Come to think about it I’d love to see a dyno comparison between this and a stock or sheet metal intake or something if you guys get bored one of these days!😉

Better than carb, & 2 barrel throttle bodies they came with that's for sure. I know Big Blocks are so outdated but you can still do a lot with big blocks besides making them BOAT ANCHOR's... @@TexasSpeedPerformance I saw on another video that the your 6th gen has a long runner version of the intake manifold which obviously wouldn't fit under the stock hood (also looks like you had to cut the cowling). Can you say if there will be a short runner version and if that will fit with the stock hood/without modification?

That doesn't sound so unreasonable to me. Dunno how old you are, but back in ~2000, a cooler like that would've been many thousands of dollars. Back then we were fighting on ebay for stock Porsche 944 and Isuzu NPR coolers. Only decent aftermarket stuff was Spearco. They had the market cornered and they KNEW it.
