SWR full journey London Waterloo to Weymouth 12/07/2024

SWR from London to Weymouth? Completed it! Journey was onboard 444018 as the 1W57 0805 WAT to WEY coupled with 444032 as far as BMH calling at CLJ, BSK, WIN, SOA, SOU, BCU, NWM, CHR, POK and BMH where the train divided. 444018 continued to POO, HAM, HOL, WRM, WOO, MTN, DCH, UPW and WEY while 444032 did the 2W57 1010 BMH to POO calling at BSM, PKS and POO, however we ended up not calling at NWM, CHR and POK as originally planned due to late running caused by overrunning engineering works. As a result, Elinor Hamilton was disabled after BCU. Oyster and contactless are only valid between Waterloo and Clapham Junction. On other services that do not call at Clapham Junction, oyster and contactless are not valid. On the 1W51 0530 Waterloo to Weymouth service which also calls at Wimbledon (Mon to Sat only), you can only use oyster and contactless as far as Wimbledon.
