I never thought of marinating the chicken then using the marinade for egg wash. Pretty cool.
I would use Italian style breadcrumbs instead of panko tho, but thats no doubt a tasty sammy.

This looks great!! Thanks I just wanted to let you know that if you are using good quality olive oil you don’t need to worry about frying with it at all . I am certified professional Olive oil taster ( sommelier) and it is a myth that you cannot fry with it .

Looks incredibly tasty. I love a good chicken recipe. Having said that I cringed at a few things it’s pronounced “chee-a-batter” & who doesn’t put herbs in their garlic butter though adds salt & oil?! 🤔

Great techniques, but doubling the breast is silly over the top CZcams food porn. That thing would be as unwieldy and hard to eat as I'm sure it was delicious.
Love you Chef Tom but the first chicken breast was absolutely obliterated! You could've cut that scene and start a new one for the video.
