    I really like Tom’s recipes and watching him make them. I’ve tried a few although I find them a bit complicated. I always see comments like the below (“It looks so good!”) but I rarely see comments that say, “I made this last night and it was so good.” I know this channel’s mission is to promote products that can be purchased at ATBBQ but I’d like to see some recipes that feature rubs and marinades that you can make from ingredients you can buy from your neighborhood grocery store.

    Looks great! I've like to see a video on cleaning these cast iron pans after a cook like this. I never seem to have great luck with the clean up.

    Long pasta isn't appropiate for a baked pasta dish IMO, so penne was a very good choice.

    I'm all over this with the exception of the parmesan cheese I prefer pecorino romano in my home made Alfredo sauce. I'm g do this in my original UUni pro pizza oven, Damn this is gonna be epic!!!!
