An Astra is said to be presided over by a particular god, and when invoked, it enters the Astra. Some Astra returns back to the person who launches it, some are used only once, and others can be used multiple times.

I had read somewhere that arjun did pass on the knowledge of astras to karna's son since he had promised him that he'll look after his son after his death. But later on, shri krishna asked karna's son not to pass on the knowledge any further because the yug was about to change and no one in kalyug could be trusted with such knowledge. Not sure if it's correct though.

Arjuna gave knowledge of celestial weapons to vrishketu.. son of aanga raj karan.. vrishketu was very close to arjuna because of the guilt that he killed his father.. Arjun's eldest brother danveer karn .. afterwards lord Krishna told vrishketu to don't pass that knowledge to anyone..hence vrishketu was the last person who had appropriate knowledge and it ended with him... lord Krishna directed this . because he knew people in kalyuga can't be trusted..
There are still 2 people in this world who possess the knowledge. First one is Parshuram. He was the one who gave the knowledge of Astras to Karn.
The second person is Krupacharya. He fought from Kaurava's side, but didn't die in the war.
These 2 people are among the seven Immortals. So ofcourse they are still alive.

Among the 7 immortals Aswatthama, Bali, Vyas, Hanuman, Vibhishan, Krupacharya and Parshuram.
Krupacharya also participated in the Mahabharat war and lived. So he also possess the knowledge of astras and is still alive.
Parshuram taught Karna the knowledge of astras. So there are still 2 persons in this world who possess this knowledge.
Problem is where to find these persons. One is a God and other is a simple old teacher.

@@linkinparkmickyshri That is not the case my friend. These are not imaginary stories. It is history. Even today some people claim to have met Ashwatthama. He tells unheard stories from Mahabharat but from the perspective of Kauravas and always against Lord Krishna.
Some people have even met Hanuman. Yogis who have immense spiritual energy can indentify Hanuman as he doesn't look like an ape, but looks like any ordinary person or an ordinary monkey.
If you take a look at the poetry Mahabharat, you will find numerous references to places and locations where things took place. These are described using Mountain ranges and Rivers as a reference. Generally while writing fiction, people don't tend to give such details as they are not important if that event never took place. But if you are writing history, location is an important factor.
@@parshuram7431 but the point is who is keeping an eye of everyone. I mean is who is watching every detail of every person in mahabharat and writing the full story. There were no 24/7 cctv camera following every person everywhere.
So the point is... the writer was a very clever man who uses the real spots during that time to make his story real.
And also point to be noted, :- The writer himself told that the story is a mythology which means it's 90% fiction.
If your thinking is based on real places in the story then after 1000 years later from now. The avengers movie will be thought as a real event that has happened because in that movie we see new York Japan China and other real parts of the world. So mahabharat is half truth (the places) and half all fiction which is about power etc.

As you have explained in one of your video it might have happened that after the Mahabharata war the Dwapara yuga ended and a sandhi kaal came during which the previous knowledge of our ancestors vanished. But even it can be that Parikshit was the last one to know about the correct knowledge of using such nuclear or celestial weapons. After his death the knowledge didn’t pass from a Guru to a Shishya(student).
There is no sandhi kaal after dvapara yug..sandhi kaal happens after each manavantar

Mahabharat did not included all the kings of the subcontinent. For example if banasur attended the mahabharat war. It will be almost impossible for kauravs or pandavas to defeat him. We see how arjun had lord Shiva Astra and it was powerfull but imagine a person who had lord Shiva himself as a bodyguard, Bansur who had lord Shiva as a body guard , had 1000 hands and many celestial weapons. Not to mention many powerfull being protected him. It could be argued that he was more powerfull than Krishna uncle kans. I mean he was also known as the strongest warriors by lord Krishna of his Era. Banasur didn't join the mahabharat war, yet he had power to defeat any warriors. EVEN in his battle with lord Krishna and to protected by lord Shiva. Banasur just like barbarik decided to give his life to Krishna and asked Krishna to take his life for all the sin he committed. Banasur who was one of the greatest follower of Shiva had build up of arrogance since the day lord Shiva became his bodyguard. That being said the knowledge of Astra still exist pashuram ji is said to teach kalki avatar and he is everlasting in earth, hanuman ji who was taught by lord Surya himself and the one to take lord Surya place also know Devine celestial weapons. That being said there may be Devine weapon hidden in temple , or in other places of earth just not shown in world where people are at the lowest or morality (or the lowest stature kalug). Just because something hasn't been seen doesn't mean it is not there.5000 year ago mahabharat ,you realize this is not loss of knowledge but rather a knowledge which proved lesser use and therefore forgotten (basically it has utmost no use). If there are limited kings who have nuclear , there is almost no need for many king to know and therefore need for passing this destruction seems unneeded. It like Latin, only those who need it learn it. But as entirely once flourishing language is almost not needed because of the few who can speak just like sanskrit for indians.

It is very possible that the beings we call Gods were from a higher type of civilization on the Kardashev Scale. A being belonging to say, a Type IV civilization would literally be a God. My canon is that the war of the Mahabharata made these Gods decide that they could no longer influence mankind, thereby deciding to leave for their home planets/universe, in the process erasing almost all hints that they were here.

I can hear the anāhata nāda, and have since I was a child. I am deaf, and that was the only sound I could "hear" until I got hearing aids nearly halfway through my childhood. For some reason, I was hidden away in a European-stock body in America, in an unlikely family. Today, I am here in Bhārat, waiting for someone to find this out or read this and get to me before rākṣasas do.

The British stole so much of India's physical treasures, but weren't wise enough to see that the treasures in the Vedas and other scriptures were worth more than any amount of money. I believe that what is in the scriptures are going to one day bring the entire world together.

I don't know how people can do this to other people, and it still goes on today. Great Video. When you research about all types of celestial non human phenomenon in our past. It begs the question did our ancestors misinterpret some advanced beings as God's. The flying vimanas so mentioned in this video, one would be astounded to see plethora of data indicating to these Objects still flying today in our airspace, oceans etc and now there are laws made for Intelligence community to disclose quarterly reports in some countries.Its quite sad to see that in a country like India whose ancient history and mythological is littered with so much of technological jargon but in a metaphorical language, the native scientific community or the govt does little to research the same.Apolgies if I am not aware of any existing Indian program that studies this Phenomenon.Many of the Spiritual and well learned mystics also talk about this phenomenon in past but they don't urge our Scientific community to study this seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow some Western country makes a paradigm shifting announcement and has made quite advancement in similar technologies and then we would then say this is already written in our ancient scriptures

i am thinking this battle took place over all of greater India at the time. some how the battle may have been concentrated in a more localized area, but the side effects may have been astronomical in size. The reason behind this is very simple , 1) these days nobody wants to use bow and arrow , 2 ) only few were given the knowledge to invoke astras, but now anyone can use or purchase any weapons. 3) it's operated by computers , so no need of any human to release it 4) it can be made in mass production 5)greater accuracy and trajectory
