    Fyi the spray on oil def has calories, if you read the label it says its 0 cal per a small amount of spray but in reality we spray the shit out of watever we are cooking so its def not 0

      Totally valid - I always make sure to do a very quick spray but ill highlight that in another video as I feel like a lot of people dont know about it ! My general rule of thumb
      1-second spray: around 7-9 calories
      2-second spray: around 14-18 calories
      5-second spray: around 35-45 calories

    Yes you can get shredded but the ingredients can cause a lot of problems.
