I made this recipe the other day and it was amazing. I’m an Australian and spent some time living in Pakistan. I always love cooking Pakistani dishes as they connect me with a time and people that had a significant impact on my life. Anyway this lamb korma really impressed me with the flavour and texture. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
A mind blowing lamb dish. I tried it with 2 additional aromatics. Sprinkle of fresh copped coriander and fresh ginger julienne. I was in heaven. Love ❤️ from Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪
This looks insanely good. I can’t wait to try this. I’m Pakistani, I use only really authentic recipes, so I love your channel! I cook for my non-Pakistani friends who absolutely love your dishes ❤️❤️❤️
Iksie Darling, thanks for your sweet comment. This was Incredible! You definitely must try it 😉 Aww so pleased all your friends are enjoying the recipes. Stay tuned lots more to come. 😊👍
All the way down here in Aus. Worked with a Pakistani guy who used to bring me in dishes and got me hooked. He’s since gone home to Pakistan 🇵🇰 and this channel is keeping the taste buds in line. This one looks like a hooter. Can wait to have a go at it…. Thanks for the video. 🙏

I love your enthusiasm and excitement towards cooking, your joy while cooking really radiates through 🌟 that's what makes watching you cook such a delight 😊 and the korma looks amazing!
I made this recipe this weekend and it turned out great! I've searched for years to replace this dish from my local restaurant that closed. Exactly what I remember!
May Allah bless you sister, at last a curry recipe with amazing masala that was easy to follow and turned our delicious! Cooked this for My family tonight and we are all super happy! Masha’Allah 😊
I tried this recipe with chicken last week and OMG! That was delicious!!! Everyone loved it!! I’m gonna try this with lamb next time! Your recipes are amazing!! I’ve tried a few already! Thank you! 👏
MaAsSalaama FiAmaanAllah tnx jzk never had any wedding and alone so don't know about Qorma or wedding cooking or else for that matter if you wish Shm.....yum yum yum.....how could somebody be so lucky bless them and you tnx jzk WasSalaam...
I made your Korma - mostly lol. I use a gas stove so it was hard to get temp right. But I think I cooked the sauce bit right out of everything. It wasn’t very saucy but my wife liked it. We didn’t have yoghurt so we used dairy free sour cream and a little bit of coconut cream. Seemed to be okay.
Your cooking is absolutely phenomenal ! Each dish is bursting with flavour and perfectly cooked and served with lovely smile .Thank you for sharing your culinary expertise with us ..Would you mind to ask a small quick question please before more complaint about your cooking ! I hope your man won’t mind if I ask you out for a coffee .
Thank you so much Shamza Ji for sharing this recipe❤️ i cooked this korma for my family and aunt…they were absolutely impressed. The dish was finger licking good!! My aunt says this is exactly how she remembers the korma tasting in Lahore during weddings ❤️ May God bless you & your family.
Beautiful dish. Love the color, texture and the overall shape of the dish. Love ur enthusiasm and style of presentation. Love from India and subscribing to ur channel.
Made this. Loved it! Thank you. Added an extra depth of flavour to my curry. Also reminded me of traditional curry dishes used to have when I was a child at asain weddings.
Dear Shamza We tried yr lamb korma n then made chk thighs korma. Both turned out very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe that we enjoyed at restaurant's earlier.
I'm literally salivating beyond. Looks soooooo delish. I see you don't add any dhania. Personally, I just love a bit of fresh dhania over my curries, or is that more Indian style, as opposed to Pakistani cooking? Just wondering. I watched the potato and cheese paratha video, and just loved how you put a bit of the fried potato aside for your baby. Also, with another recipe, you mentioned how your child has sensitivity issues. That was so interesting, when you ground up the onions. You are an amazing mom. What we do for our kids, right? I have an incredibly fussy child, she only eats my curry, which is such an honour. She always tells me, "Mommy, you should open an Indian curry restaurant - you make the best curry ever!" So, I love how you add the bits in about your kids. Love watching you cook. Cooking is about love, right? We put our hearts and souls into food 🤗💖 Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful recipes 🤩😍🥰
Lady, thank you very much for detailed but simple steps of making Korma, this weekend, I shall make this for my family. Gratitude and regards from Canada.
Hi shamza I made this today, I was a bit skeptical because of no tomatoes. Omg it turned out really well. I did plain rice with it. Thank-you so much for taking time to show us your recipes. My food has improved so much since following your channel. Honestly your the best thing since sliced bread.
Hi Shamza, I have watched several of your videos in your channel, and I would like to say that your instructions are clear and easy to follow and to “feel”. I've cooked lamb korma by following your video. It turned out very delicious! Keep up your good work!
Fifteen years ago, I went on a seven-month trip to Asia, including two months in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the city center in Bukit Bentak. One day I tried a Pakistani restaurant on the main street. It had a buffet, and there was the same thing. I started eating it every day in the same restaurant with French bread. I used to buy French bread and go to the restaurant. The food was very delicious and I was able to eat the same every day
This looks great and I will give it a try. Could I ask that rather than referring to "two medium onions" tomatoes, etc, you give approximate weight. My 'medium' may not be the same as yours.
First one of your recipes I've cooked and it's absolutely delicious, I had everything except the water at the end what was it called difficult to hear in the video was it gabral water ?? I was tempted to use rose water but decided to stick as close to your recipe as possible. Thankyou so much for posting this 💓 it's now in my favourite recipe diary 😋
Oops just saw your reply. Jeers water. Thanks! This looks so delicious.. now to figure out how to pulverize the onions without having to clean my blender
Love the way the measurements spoken are about a 1/4 of actually shown. Says a tsp, shows about a large tablespoon. Not a criticism, accepted this ‘anomaly’ years ago via many recipes.
Craig, what makes you think I've not shown the correct measurements? Why on earth would I feel the need to give out incorrect information about my recipes ? I want people to keep returning to my channel for my recipes and I can't see that happening if the ingredients displayed didn't match what I was verbally saying. Also whatever has be stated by me whilst showing the ingredients is correct! Thanks for your comment and for watching. 😊
Thank you for your comment, please do subscribe - keep watching and please do share my videos to your friends and families, so I can grow the channel. :)
She's kinda like the Pakistani Nigella Lawson, the way she speaks with passion about her food, it looks super! Mazidaar! :)
Great compliment, thanks! 😊👍
