    Unless you have an outstanding reputation for hard work and are an expert in the business, you’ll never get a job on a charter yacht..
    You can, however, get a job on a private yacht, but there are no tips, but the pay is good and there are no personal expenses

    I’m sure that work is sooooo hard. While scenic vids of you swimming and having fun play.

    • @AllBayEveryDay
      @AllBayEveryDay Před dnem +1

      It’s definitely hard work. It’s mentally draining have rich people boss you around, curse at you, and treat you like a slave. Not to mention you are constantly working. No sitting around. You have to set up stuff for them when they dock. You have to clean up, do dishes, do their laundry, make their beds, serve them, baby sit them, there’s a lot that goes into it. It’s not the hardest job but there’s a reason a lot of people don’t do it or quit after the first charter.

      Could the customer also decide how much to whom individually leave a tip?

    It really isn't hard work if you've ever done manual labor. The crew members make it seem harder because they smoke, don't exercise, and get drunk every few days.
