I dropped out of college last year to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent and it worked. It’s really worth it and I have no regrets. Been an amazing journey but it’s not as easy as I thought anyways
I’ve been struggling to pass my real estate exams for over a year, if there’s anyone who knows any tips or alternatives to pass please share
I failed the exam 3 times in the last 6 months. I finally passed the state exam on my 4th attempt. I’m grateful
l studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my friend who introduced me to Mrs Amanda am really grateful.

@@Jhappiness586 During my time, I subscribed for the questions and answers and paid $500. Then completed my payment of $500 to her after my result. I only studied the questions and answers she provided me for few days, and was shocked to see the same questions she provided me on the day of my exam.
Wow I don’t know why I haven’t seen or heard of him. I have watched, listened too, studied, etc. so much through so many different teachers and tutors but this one video alone is just what I’ve needed this whole time! I test in 2 days! I wish I would have found him sooner. Thank you so much! Oh and I’ve taken the test many times I’m 2 points away from passing.
Obviously real estate exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me any longer I have gotten my license already thanks to you Mr Dylan God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me

I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing

Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr James William

what is the difference between discount point and point? I thought a discount point is 1/8 of a percent, and a point is 1%.

Got got a question in exam. Not sure which one is right..
Q: Seller tell his listing broker the ceiling fan not to sell and will be remove before closing, what broker should do?
A, Tell seller ceiling fan is fixture, cannot remove
B, Advise seller remove it before listing the house..
C and D can’t remember but should not be the answer.
Anyone know which should I pick?
the seller can remove the ceiling fan it it is agreed upon in the sales contract. However, to eliminate the confusion and controversy the best answer would be to advise the seller to remove the fan before we put the home on the market.

This would be great if you would stop reading all the possible answers. It makes it harder to learn. We can read the list. Just give the answer. I’m out.
Your suggestion is greatly appreciated, and we may make videos in the future without including multiple choice questions. We are trying to keep our questions similar to what you will see on your licensing exam. We read all answers as some students are just listening to the content rather than watching.
I actually like this concept becasue on the test this is what my brain will be doing.
