#21 how do you determine who the yield is increased or decreased for? The lender gets less. The borrower gets more. The question could be asking about either.

In Question 19, this debit and credit on a closing statement has me confused. Shouldn't the prepaid overage be a debit to the seller, who is receiving it, like a deposit into a checking account?
