- So this is the first video in a new series of videos called Automotive Archives where I explain the history of important, influential or memorable cars, brands or people. Hope you guys enjoyed this one as its a bit of a change in content style to my other videos.
Music:
- Chi - Wu-Tang Type 90's Oldschool Hip Hop Rap Instrumental Beat
• (Unbox Therapy) Chi - ...
- Moe Shop - You Look So Good [Pure Pure EP]
• Moe Shop - You Look So... - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Pretty sure this is how the first rwb Porsche came to life. But the “first” was his AE86. The name of the company comes from his old drift club rauh-welt “rough world”
Love his work, great video and editing!
thanks, much appreciated!
Great artist, great cars, great video. Well done, dude👌
Thank you!
Thanks for the vid. Exactly what I was looking for.
You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Solid video love learnin bout Nakai san💯🔥
Thanks man, glad you enjoyed it
Amazing. Thanks for the informative video
Thankyou!
Good vid , givest a quick idea about what RWB is about.
thanks! appreciate it man
His work is style is a little Unorthodox 🤔 and me being a perfectionist that would normally drive me crazy, but a kind is an artist a perfectionist in his own way that's what sets him apart from everyone else, I have a Jeep modification shop and I actually watches videos while I'm working on other vehicles for inspiration he is definitely a Professional an Artist and a Legend
oh definitely, having a bit of OCD/a perfectionist myself I thought the results would not be that neat but after being given the chance to see RWB Tsubaki in person, I have to say his work is something else. Preference wise though I would prefer it being smoothed out with the body rather than rivets and sealant haha
Great video
thanks
like 800😊 good job
Lol don’t think I wouldn’t notice the convolk in the beginning 👀
his songs are great :)
I ❤RWB!!!
Is there a list of rwb by number? Can't seem to find it anywhere...
i dont think so? this is the closest i could find: www.rwbregistry.com/builds/
@@JCMediaYT thanks! So rotana and stella artois are the only ones Nakai personally owns right?
i believe so
How old is Akira Nakai?
not sure, sources say he was 28 in the early 90's so he's probably in his early-mid 50's
@@JCMediaYThe's 55...he just finished my car last week here in Kentucky
I like cars. But I'm not a fan about it. If I have like millions or billions of dollars and absolutely love cars maybe I would lile his cars. But I love seeing someone do his work so passionately. In my country we have a guy who is alot like him. His name is Leepu. He is a Bangladeshi. They had a show called Leepu and Pitbul.
Yup, everyone has their own taste. Personally I'd rather get something like a RUF or Singer Porsche
I fucking knew he been doing this for decades the first ever rwb i ever saw was in long island Ny he built a 1992 911 Carrera HAD RWB STICKERS ALL OVER IT. He used to come into the place i worked all rhe time told me the full build was 120k with the car
Never heard of Singer?
yes i have, but i felt that RWB was more commonly known. I am planning on making a video on Singer
😅
His mentality and vision remind me of the conversation between Han and Shawn in Tokyo drift. "Life's simple. You make choices and you don't look back". If they make about his history I hope they choose Sung-Ho Kang.
Sung Kang could definitely rock the Akira Nakai hairstyle too lol
And also his passion for cars
mr..hackjob 😂
who needs precision tools when you got a dremel and a pack of cigs 😂
@@JCMediaYT nakai work are perfect in there eyes 😂 so its a yes for me 😂😂😂
Most prestigious?Clearly you never heard about Techart.
Fair point, I guess RWB is more widely known
@@JCMediaYT Until NFS Heat i had no idea RWB was even a thing while on other hand i knew about Techart from tuning magazines.
@@hillclimbracingfan5821 ahhh its opposite for me, never knew techart until one showed up at the shop my car was at
@@JCMediaYT And there are also Gemballa and RUF which like Techart also tune Porsches so the prestige thing falls short at mention of these three.
@@hillclimbracingfan5821 i think Gemballa is definitely the one people hear of the least, could be an interesting topic
Gross. M&ms suck too
