I prepared this turkey and it was delicious. I didn’t use the lemon pepper seasoning because I wasn’t quite sure how it would taste. However I put some on a slice of my turkey after it was done and it was quite tasty. I’ll try it next time. I followed another bloggers advice and mixed the seasonings into the butter before putting it on the turkey.I used an oven bag instead of the foil. It was my first turkey so I was very nervous but everything came out wonderful. Thanks so much for the video.

I had to make the Turkey this year for Thanksgiving. I tried your recipe and everyone was satisfied with the results. I got a call from my mother yesterday, she had leftovers. Gina thank you so much for posting turkey, collard greens and dressing recipes, I followed them all to a tea and this was the best Thanksgiving dinner I've ever made. that turkey was so juicy and my oldest never eat dressing but this year she did and she loved it. FYI she's 32! Best year ever

My husband says, I don't know what you did differently to the turkey but it is good!! My response - I cooked it the Gina Young way!! Lol - I followed all steps including the cleaning.
