and Kamehameha’s early wife is my seven time great grandmother and that’s Kanekapolei and Kamehameha’s favorite wife Ka’ahumanu is my great step grandmother and so the Gods are watching me too like Lono KU and Amakua and my Amakua is a Shark so in Hawaiian I’m a Mano and so the Hawaiian GODs are watching me too because I’m the seventh grandson to Kamehameha 1 and his kids are my great uncles and I’m connected to them as well

In the late 1990's we went to a re-enactment of the two cousins but it was a different story. Instead of killing his cousin from Ka'u they embraced. There were a
lot of history buffs and Hawaiian sovereignty people as well as hula halau. It was very structured. Keou came up from Ka'u by canoe. There were several Iniki
ceremonies held at this event. Everything was done in Hawaiian Olelo. Some of us came from the mainland to be present. It was quite the event.
