The point of norm is... I have no idea what the point of norm is.
The point of Norm is randomness and complete shock. His humour mostly had no punchlines, but rather the entire joke was the punchline, and if you get it, YOU GET IT. I feel bad for people who don't get his humour. There is no other comic like Norm. He was hilarious because he was weird and unexpected.
