This vehicle is not going to solve C2 inadequacies. Frankly, C2 has been as successful as ever when “on the move”. There are certain environmental factors that are virtually impossible to overcome regardless.

@ 3.25 sounds like a desperate male teenager...spends an hour looking for a target but when a target presents itself he self detonates. Did the Osh Kosh guy say that right? Perhaps it is assigned to hit a target OR self detonates if required?
