All jokes aside, hair can’t train. It’s got a shape determined by genetics. You can lock hair into different shapes with heat (blow drier/straightener), but it will go back to its original shape once it gets washed. Hair can’t remember or recall a certain flow or shape.

Find a a barbershop with good reviews and just keep going to different barbers (if you don’t like how the first one cuts it) until you find somebody you like.

That's why you go to salon. Fuck barbers. Only care about taking your money and doing it so they can move onto the next client. While a hairstylist will actually listen to you talk and offer suggestions on what he think would look best. That's why thet are called stylists. Cause cutting hair is actually an art for them and they want to put their own touch on things/ use high quality products etc. Also this guy could of just showed him a picture and it would of been crystal clear on what he wanted. That's because those barbers weren't cutting ENOUGH off the top, leading to an uneven/bad blend. There are cuts in this clip, which means we obviously didn't see the entirety of the consultation.
